Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 25, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Creamá, the dashboard, Discord bot commands, account connection tools, verification workflows, administrative pages, API endpoints, or staff-management features, you agree to these Terms and the current Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you are not authorized to do so or do not agree with these terms.

2. Authorized Use

Creamá is intended for approved community operations, Roblox account connection, Discord command support, moderation workflows, staff dashboards, audit logs, ranking telemetry, and service-continuity administration. You may use Creamá only for legitimate administrative, support, verification, safety, or service-continuity purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the applicable Discord, Roblox, and Creamá community requirements to use the service. Staff-only features may be restricted by rank, owner authorization, assigned responsibility, or explicit approval.

4. Account Connections

Account connection features link a Discord account with a Roblox account to support verification, profiles, rank checks, and staff workflows. You must not connect an account you do not own, misrepresent identity, bypass verification, or interfere with another user's connection.

5. Verification Responsibilities

Users must complete verification honestly and must not manipulate profile text, challenge words, browser state, command context, or account information to impersonate another person or defeat ownership checks.

6. Staff and Administrative Responsibilities

Staff and operators must use Creamá carefully, only access data needed for their duties, keep credentials private, avoid unnecessary data collection, follow platform rules, and avoid actions that would disrupt service integrity.

7. Dashboard Access

Dashboard access is limited to users who pass authentication and rank checks. You must not share sessions, reuse another user's device session, bypass access controls, or attempt to view pages beyond your authorization.

8. Discord Bot Commands

Discord bot commands must be used only for their intended purpose. Owner-only, corporate-only, presidential-only, and management-only commands must not be invoked, delegated, automated, or imitated without proper authorization.

9. Ranking Actions

Ranking tools must be used only for valid staff operations. Users must review the target identity, target rank, permission level, and result before relying on a ranking action.

10. Blacklist and Safety Tools

Blacklist and safety tools must be used for legitimate moderation and protection purposes. Reasons should be accurate, proportionate, and clear enough for authorized review.

11. Audit Records

Audit records are part of the service integrity system. You must not falsify, hide, destroy, export, or alter audit records unless an authorized workflow allows the action and the action is appropriate.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Creamá to:

  • Access, alter, export, or delete data without permission.
  • Harass users, expose private information, impersonate others, or falsify account connections.
  • Abuse rate limits, automate unsupported requests, attack service infrastructure, or interfere with Discord, Roblox, or hosting systems.
  • Bypass role checks, command permissions, session controls, confirmations, or safety workflows.
  • Submit false reports, intentionally corrupt records, conceal conflicts of interest, or misuse administrative authority.

13. Credential Security

API keys, bot tokens, session cookies, OAuth state values, database credentials, and administrative secrets must be kept private. You must report suspected disclosure, theft, or unauthorized access promptly through approved channels.

14. Data Handling

You may access service data only when needed for your duties. You must not collect excessive data, store unnecessary copies, disclose records outside approved channels, or use Creamá data for unrelated personal purposes.

15. Confidential Operations

Internal service features, infrastructure details, security controls, command behavior, and non-public operational workflows are confidential. They must not be disclosed, advertised, reverse engineered for abuse, or used outside authorized environments.

16. Rate Limits and Fair Use

Creamá may rate limit requests, commands, and API calls to protect reliability. You must not evade limits, distribute traffic to avoid controls, or intentionally create unnecessary load.

17. API Access

API endpoints may require an authorized key or authenticated session. API access must be used only by approved systems and must not be shared, embedded in public clients, logged insecurely, or used for unrelated integrations.

18. Third-Party Platforms

Creamá depends on Discord, Roblox, hosting providers, and infrastructure services. You must comply with applicable platform rules and understand that third-party outages, limits, policy changes, or data delays may affect Creamá.

19. Availability and Changes

Creamá is provided for operational support and may change, pause, limit, or remove features when needed for security, reliability, maintenance, policy compliance, or service improvement.

20. Accuracy and Review

Creamá may display data from Discord, Roblox, staff input, and service records. Users and staff remain responsible for reviewing identities, ranks, durations, reasons, confirmations, and results before taking action.

21. Destructive Actions

Actions that delete logs, revoke records, disconnect accounts, clear sessions, archive cases, or change moderation state should be reviewed before confirmation. Creamá may require additional confirmation for sensitive actions.

22. Content and Records

Users and staff are responsible for the content they submit through commands, forms, reasons, usernames, profile data, and administrative notes. Content must be lawful, relevant, and appropriate for the workflow.

23. Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy explains how Creamá processes data. By using the service, you acknowledge that data may be processed for authentication, verification, ranking, moderation, audit integrity, security, diagnostics, and service continuity.

24. Enforcement

Misuse may result in command restrictions, dashboard access removal, account disconnection, moderation action, service-level restrictions, record review, or other appropriate remedies.

25. Review and Correction

Users may request review of eligible incorrect records through approved channels. Creamá may retain records needed for security, enforcement, dispute resolution, audit integrity, platform compliance, or service continuity.

26. Suspension of Access

Creamá may suspend or restrict access when there is suspected misuse, credential compromise, policy conflict, excessive load, operational risk, or a need to protect users, staff, or infrastructure.

27. Security Testing

You must not scan, exploit, stress test, bypass, scrape, or probe Creamá systems unless you have explicit authorization from the owner. Reports of suspected vulnerabilities should be made responsibly through approved channels.

28. Service Continuity

Creamá may maintain operational records, backups, queues, delivery state, and recovery data as needed to preserve reliability and recover from failures. These records must be handled according to authorization and confidentiality requirements.

29. Feature Updates

Features, commands, dashboards, limits, policies, and workflows may change as Creamá evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

30. No Warranty

Creamá is provided as an administrative support tool. While reasonable care is taken to keep the service accurate and reliable, Creamá is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

31. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent reasonably permitted, Creamá and its operators are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorized access, platform outages, incorrect staff action, third-party service failure, or reliance on unreviewed information.

32. Indemnity

Users and staff are responsible for their own misuse of Creamá. You may be required to assist in resolving harm caused by unauthorized actions, credential disclosure, false information, or violation of these Terms.

33. Termination

Creamá may end or restrict a user's access when access is no longer authorized, the user leaves the relevant role, the account becomes ineligible, or continued access creates security, operational, or policy risk.

34. Severability

If one part of these Terms is found unenforceable or inappropriate for a specific situation, the remaining parts should continue to apply as closely as reasonably possible.

35. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be sent through the appropriate Creamá staff or owner channel so they can be reviewed by authorized personnel.
